Perks of Publishing with Purple Willow

Personalized Experience

One contract does not fit all! We offer some of the highest royalties out there, and our contracts are personalized for where you are in your writing adventure. Let's create the best terms possible for all of us!

No Upfront Costs

Have you been delaying your first book (or forty-first) because of startup costs?

Afraid you'll lose that investment if the book doesn't sell? That's the security of working with PWP: we take the risks so you can relax and write the next great book!

Full-Service Publishing

We don't just throw your book online and hope it sells. We handle your manuscript with care, sending it through several rounds of editing, designing, and reviewing until it's shiny and perfect.

Now, pay close attention to this next part: we then MARKET your book too. Phew! You don't have to spend money on ads or learn how to make them!

Personalized Web Page

Having somewhere for readers to find you is important for author success. Readers want to know their favorite author! Though we recommend you have your own website (at minimum a domain) you will always have your own page on our website to direct your adoring readers!

Are you interested!?

We are currently taking submissions of all genres, YA and up! (Note: we keep our books to a content level equivalent to or below PG-13: no on-page sex/etc.) If you're ready to get started, send in your first three chapters and synopsis for review, and let's see if your manuscript would be a good fit.

The average self-published author spends $2000 to publish their own novel.

However, costs can go well above that, depending on genre, the editing process, and current following status.
